Short version: your pictures are opened, cut and saved on your device. They are never sent to us or anyone else.

Your pictures
Pictures you open are decoded, cut and encoded by your browser, in this tab. PicCutout has no upload step and no server that receives pictures — the site is a set of static files. Closing the tab discards everything except the files you chose to download.
AI model files
AI methods need a model file. Before the first download the site shows the model’s size and asks. Model files come from our model file server as ordinary downloads that contain nothing about you or your pictures, and are kept in this browser’s Cache Storage so they download once. You can remove them here:
Storage and cookies
PicCutout sets no cookies. Apart from the model cache above, it stores nothing in your browser.
Visit statistics
At the moment no analytics script loads on this site. If we switch on Cloudflare Web Analytics later, it will run only on piccutout.com, without cookies, and this section will say so; it would never receive anything about your pictures.
Advertising
The site shows no ads and contains no advertising code.
The contact form
When you press Send on the contact page, your name, email address and message — plus the name of this website — are sent to a Google Form that we read. Nothing is sent before you press Send. Please don’t include pictures or sensitive information.
Changes
If this policy changes, this page will change with it. Last updated 8 November 2026.
