Terms of use
Plain terms for a free tool that runs on your own device.
Your pictures never leave your device.
Using PicCutout
PicCutout is free to use for personal and commercial work. You don’t need an account. Please don’t try to disrupt the site or use it to break the law.
Your pictures and rights
Your pictures stay on your device and remain yours. You’re responsible for having the right to edit and use the pictures you open — for example, photos of other people, logos you don’t own, or signatures that aren’t yours.
No warranty
The tools are provided as they are. Automatic cutouts can be imperfect; check results before you rely on them, especially for official documents. We don’t guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from using the site or the files it creates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
